Charlie Stone, Director

physiotherapy in sheffield

Qualified from:

Southampton University 2003

Working Background:

I have been a physio for almost 20 years including 9 years serving in the British Army. Retiring in 2014 my last posting was at the Defence Medical Rehab Centre managing the team for lower limb rehabilitation.

Also a qualified yoga and pilates instructor I’m passionate about helping people achieving their goals in particular women and runners. With a can do attitude, I take a holistic approach to injury from assessment to treatment, rehabilitation and beyond.

Specialist interest:

Runners, female athletes.

Bridging a gap between a women’s health physio and musculoskeletal physio I love working with women on their pre and post natal journey empowering women to exercise safely and confidently.
